Ad 1.  - Senior CNC Operator

The resource will be in charge of tool sharpening in HSS, PCD and Hard Metal working on the Walter CNC 5-axis machine.

With the following tasks:

• Start the work cycle and check the machines during operation by loading and unloading the workpiece;
• Check that production is in compliance and check that the shape and size of the parts are within the required parameters;
• All supported by a management system that must be updated with the work carried out
• English language base

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Good knowledge of on-board cnc programming (5-axis Walter control)
• Complete autonomy in machine management (from setting to programming)
• Knowledge of technical drawing and the main measuring instruments;
• Precision, reliability and flexibility complete the profile.

Self-employed.

High school diploma or professional qualification.

Ad 2.  - Senior CNC miller/turner

The resource will be in charge of mechanical machining (milling and turning) using a Mazatrol / Haidenhain CNC machine.

His tasks will be:

• Start the turning or milling work cycle and check the machine during operation by loading and unloading the workpiece;
• Check that production is in compliance and check that the shape and size of the parts are within the required parameters;
• Eliminate production waste and finish the piece.
• All supported by a management system that must be updated with the work carried out

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

• Good knowledge of on-board cnc programming
• Autonomy in the use of CAM software to realise the tool path
• Complete autonomy in machine management (from setting to programming)
• Knowledge of technical drawing and the main measuring instruments;
• Precision, reliability and flexibility complete the profile.
